Thinner is this fun little movie that came out in the mid 90’s, and wasn’t hated, but not critically acclaimed by no means. The plot is that a fat dude was getting a BJ by his attractive wife while he was driving and he hits a gypsy person, so the gypsy curses this fat lawyer “Thinner” henceforth the name of the movie. Glad you are with me still. SO this fat dude loses weight at a ridiculous rate and he realizes he’s gonna get got, and asks for the curse to be lifted, but that ain’t happening, so he gets help from this dude, played by Joe Mantegna. Who the fuck is Joe Mantegna? He voices Fat Tony on the Simpsons, that’s who. Kari Wuhrer is the only other notable actor that I know, and that was because she had a large rack and replaced what’s her tits on the great TV show, Sliders. Honestly, I have seen this movie 5-8 times, and it is surprisingly fun for what it is. Don’t go in expecting a masterpiece, and you can have a good 90 minutes. If you haven’t see it and was curious, try it out. If gypsy curses and fat guy’s aren’t your thing, well why you reading my blog. I’m fat. So what? You wanna fight about it? I give this a 6.1.
