Honorable Mentions – House 2; Night of The Living Dead; Dawn of the Dead; Frankenstein’s Army; The Girl With All the Gifts; Blade 2
BuffHombre82 – Kent
- Night Of The Living Dead – Duane Jones is the OG of zombies and this is great fun.
- 28 Days Later – Great pacing, music, acting, and those bastards are fast.
- Zombieland – I absolutely adore this film. Shaun of the Dead is obviously up there as well.
- The Crazies – Although it may be argued that this isn’t a zombie flick, it’s similar and I am sticking to it. Timothy Olyphant is awesome!
- Wyrmwood – It was a surprisingly well-done film. The characters were well crafted.
Honorable Mentions – Dawn of the Dead original and Remake, Return of the Living Dead 1, 2, & 3, 28 Weeks Later (Almost as good as the original), Contracted, I Am Legend, Resident Evil 1 & 2, Land of the Dead, The Girl With All The Gifts, Train to Busan, and of course Pontypool. Pet Semetary is on this list, if it counts, which is a tough one.
